- Concert ticket orders are not shipped. This item is a will call item available for pick up at the Health & Fitness Expo the week of the event.
- In most cases, Merchandise orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
- Most orders are shipped with UPS ground service for the continental US. If a PO Box address was provided, your order will ship via US Mail.
- If you provided us with your correct email address when you placed your order, UPS will send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
